About Me
Deep Vyas is a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and law graduate (LLB) with a strong foundation in corporate law and finance. He currently serves as a professor at JK Shah Classes, where he has been teaching Insolvency Law and Corporate Finance at the CS Professional level for the past two years. Deep gained practical experience working with leading corporates such as JSW Steel and Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited. Over the course of his professional journey, he has worked on a wide array of legal and compliance matters, including the incorporation of new companies, reclassification of promoters, and allotment of ESOPs, among other strategic corporate initiatives. With his dual expertise in law and company secretarial practice, Deep blends academic insight with hands-on experience, providing students with a real-world understanding of complex legal and financial frameworks.
